Teachers' Questions: Paper Copy of Big Blue Book?

Q: I was hoping that Heather Tanaka's Big Blue Book was available in regular book form. Do you happen to know if there is a way to order a paper copy?

We don't have Heather's book as a regular printed book,  but Hokkaido AJET used to sell it as one and may have some copies left.  Here's their website:  http://www.hajet.org/
