Q: How soon can I get the package?
A: It usually takes a few hours for the card payment to clear then we send
off packages every weekday. Delivery is by EMS express mail which usually
means 3 to 4 days for Asia and a little longer for Europe and the Americas.
Just keep in mind that sometimes, very rarely though, customs can hold
up the packages for longer. If you need your Genki English right now then

Q: Do I need to pay any license fee or anything to use the songs in a class?
Even if students pay to join the class?
A: No. The fee to use the materials in your class is included in the price.
You don't need to pay any other fees.
Q: Can I copy the files for my students or a co-worker?
A: No. All the CDs are copyrighted and you may not pass them on to anyone
else. However you can make print outs of the mini-cards and worksheets
for your students. But not the songs nor software. If your students would
like to own the CDs, if you buy the Teacher's Set, you can also use the
special Student CD Pack discount.
Q: Can I buy individual songs or a smaller set of songs?
A: You can buy individual CDs, have a look at the songs page. However it usually works out a lot cheaper to buy the set in one go!
Q: Can I hear any of the songs before I buy them?
A: Yes, of course! Just click on any of the song titles on the songs page. Most of the songs have demo versions you can listen to online, as well
as lesson plans and lots of ideas on how to use them in class.
Q: What age group are these materials aimed at?
A: Originally they were designed for, and work best for, final year of
kindergarten to 5th year of elementary school. But many teachers have great
success with children as young as 2, and even junior high school, senior
high school and adult students.
Q: How do I pay?
A: You can either pay by "Paypal" or a credit or debit card.

Q: Which to go for, the Teacher's Set or the Teacher's Download pack?
A: If you're in Japan, I'd say go for the Teacher's Set, there's quite
a lot more in there and there's a good chance your school will pay for
it. If you're anywhere else in the world, I'd say go for the download pack, it's the fastest and simplest way to go e.g. no customs problems, no
waiting for the post to arrive etc. etc. You should be ready to go for
