As a special Thanksgiving present, and to say thank you for supporting
Genki English over the year, here's special thanksgiving song for you!
Sing the song to find out what Baby Monkey is thankful for and then get
the kids to write their own lists.
It also works great as part of a "Success Education" course.
Getting the kids to focus on what they are thankful for, rather than what
new things they want to buy, really helps in raising the happiness of the
kids.
(And yes, that is a turkey on the food page! I'll leave it to you to decide
how you deal with it!)
Recommended Games
1. The kids draw a picture of something they are thankful for.
2. The present it to class.
This will make them happier than anything else you do this year.
