Learn Japanese Weather:
sunny, cloudy, snowy, rainy

There are more weather words in Japanese but these are the four most common that you hear all the time on the radio and TV. If you travel on the bullet train you'll also see them on the front monitors.

Japanese symbol for sunny= ha re = sunny or fine. It's made up of the Japanese symbols for "day"Japanese symbol for day and "blue"Japanese symbol for blue

Japanese symbol for cloudy = ku mo ri = cloudy. On its own "ku mo" Japanese symbol for cloud means "cloud". It's also sounds the same as "ku mo" for spider (different symbols though!)

Japanese symbol for snow = yu ki = snowy or snow.

Japanese symbol for rain= a me = rainy or rain.

One other word I added to the song is Japanese symbol for somtimes = to ki do ki = sometimes. Apart from sounding good, you hear it all the time in weather reports when they say "hare tokidoki ame" to mean "sunny but sometimes rainy".
