Japanese Noodles: Nagashi Soumen

There are so many different types of noodles in Japan. Usually each restaurant only specialises in one type e.g. ramen, udon etc.
In the summer time Nagashi Soumen are great, you run the noodles down a bamboo pipe with streaming water.
Definitely one to try!
